A dedicated expert who knows your location.

Dedicated means just that. You will know your location’s assigned technician’s name. 

They will know your team’s names too. This person will also know your technology and be equipped to respond to ANY systems issue onsite. You get knowledgeable, prepared field service visits.

Next Day Response

When critical systems are down, who can afford to wait days for help?  Our Dedicated Field Service program is designed to respond to critical issues in hours, 365 days a year.  Response times will vary based on your locations but will never be longer than 8 hours.  Most of the time we’ll be right over! 

Proactive Annual Wellness Visits

Like your doctor prescribing exercise to stay healthy, we prescribe an annual Wellness Visit to our Dedicated Field Service clients. A Wellness visit is an afterhours cleanup and reset of your systems back to your specifications. These visits keep your locations in top shape, so support calls go quicker, systems are fully operational, and downtime is reduced.
